Personalized & Monogrammed Items

Because these items are custom-made just for you, all personalized, monogrammed, or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Personalized Items

We gladly accept returns on non-personalized items within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition and packaging

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

If your order arrives with an error or issue on our end, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:
