What is your turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time for personalized orders is approximately 4 weeks before shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Carrier transit time is additional.
If you have a deadline, please reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I tell you my personalization details?
You'll enter your font choice, monogram style, thread color and any placement notes directly on the product page when you add the item to your cart.

Can I see a proof before you stitch?
Proofs are not automatically included with every personalized order, but a digital mockup can be added to eligible orders for a small additional fee.
Please note that adding a proof may extend your turnaround time — production cannot begin until your proof has been approved.
Are personalized items returnable?
Personalized items are final sale. If there's an error on our end, we'll make it right.

I don't see the font or color I want — can you help?
We have 100+ fonts and an extensive thread palette. If you have something specific in mind, reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
Choose the format that suits your gift. All three styles are available on most products.
First, Last (larger), Middle. The last-name initial is always largest and centered.
Clean and timeless. Perfect for baby gifts where the last name isn't known, or for a minimal look.
Initials inside a decorative oval border. An heirloom look, especially beautiful on blankets and gowns.
