Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and fulfilled. Please note that personalized items require additional production time before they ship — see the Personalization section below for details.
Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?
We know how it feels when a baby shower is right around the corner! At this time, we don't offer standard rush shipping, but if you have a specific date in mind, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help you plan. Keep in mind that personalized items require 3 weeks of production time, so the earlier you order, the better.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally! Availability and rates vary by country, so we always recommend reaching out to us before purchasing to confirm we ship to your location. We're happy to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within a few days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. The carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, we recommend checking with your neighbors and your local post office first — packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots or held at a nearby facility. If it's still missing after 48 hours, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once a package is marked delivered, we're unable to take responsibility for packages lost or stolen after that point, but we'll always help point you in the right direction.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
We start working on your order right away, so if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee changes once production has begun — especially for personalized items.
What is your return policy?
Because so many of our pieces are made-to-order and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns on personalized items unless there's a defect or error on our end. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition — just reach out and we'll take care of you.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, just reach out to us with your order number and a little detail about why — we'll walk you through everything from there. Please hold onto the item until we've connected so we can make sure the process goes smoothly on both ends.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if this happened! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Personalization
How does personalization work?
Simply enter your personalization details (name, monogram, etc.) in the fields provided on the product page before adding to your cart. Our team handcrafts each item with your custom details — thoughtfully made, one piece at a time.
How do I format a monogram?
Great question — this one trips up a lot of people! Traditional monograms are ordered: first name initial, LAST name initial (center, slightly larger), middle name initial. So for Emma Grace Smith, the monogram would read E S G — with the S in the middle. If you'd prefer a straight first-middle-last format instead, just let us know in your order notes and we'll follow your preference. When in doubt, reach out before you order and we'll walk you through it.
What font and thread color options are available?
We offer a variety of embroidery fonts and thread colors to make each piece feel just right. Browse all of our available options on our Embroidery Options page. If you have a specific combination in mind that you don't see listed, feel free to reach out — we love working with customers to find the perfect fit.
Will I receive a proof before my item is made?
For most items, proofs are not sent automatically. However, if you have a specific request or concern, please add a note at checkout or contact us right after placing your order and we'll do our best to share a preview.
What if I made a typo in my personalization?
We stitch exactly what's entered at checkout, so please double-check your personalization details before placing your order — spelling, initials, monogram format, and all. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins. Once stitching has started, we're unable to make changes, and we can't offer replacements or refunds for errors submitted by the customer. When in doubt, reach out first!
How long does personalization take?
Personalized orders typically require 3 weeks of production time before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), production times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated.
Can I change my personalization after placing my order?
Changes to personalization can only be made before production begins. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make a correction. Once production has started, we're unable to make changes.
Products & Sizing
What materials are your products made from?
We use high-quality materials thoughtfully chosen with little ones in mind. Specific details — fabric type, weight, care instructions, and more — are listed on each individual product page. If you have questions about a specific item, we're always happy to help.
How do I care for my personalized items?
Care instructions vary by product and are included on the item's tag. In general, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve the personalization and fabric quality. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on printed or embroidered areas.
What if the size doesn't fit?
For non-personalized apparel, we accept exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery. For personalized items, we're unable to offer size exchanges, so please double-check sizing before ordering. If you have any questions, we're happy to help before you buy.
Gifting
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are a beautiful option when you want to let a mama-to-be choose her own something special. You can shop gift cards here. They're delivered digitally and never expire.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Absolutely! You can add a gift note at checkout in the order notes field. Just type your message there and we'll include it with your order. It's a little detail that makes the whole unboxing feel extra sweet.
Can I have an order shipped directly to the recipient?
Yes — just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift message, add it in the order notes field and we'll make sure it's tucked inside. Easy as that!
