• Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2 weeks
• Custom embroidery & personalized items require 4 weeks for processing before shipping.
• Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Free local pickup in 77386 is available upon request.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days

Local Delivery or Pickup

• If you are local to The Woodlands, TX, please email us at melissa@thetinyduckie.com to arrange pickup.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, The Tiny Duckie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help provide tracking information.
