If entering a name, please use capitals or lowercase letters exactly as you wish for it to appear on product.
If entering initials for a monogram, please list full name for our reference, or enter the initials in the order they should appear.

Need your order sooner than our standard 4-week production time? A rush fee moves your order to the front of our production queue.
How much time a rush saves depends on our production schedule at the time, so it varies from order to order. Reach out with your deadline and we'll let you know what we can do.
Please reach out before you purchase. We take on a limited number of rush orders at a time so that every order — rushed or not — still gets the same care. Send us a note with what you need and your deadline, and we'll confirm whether we can make it happen before you check out.
How it works
- Contact us with the items you'd like and the date you need them in hand.
- We'll confirm what's possible and let you know which tier to add.
- Add the rush fee to your cart along with your items, then check out as usual.
Which tier do I choose?
- 1–2 items — $25
- 3–5 items — $50
- 6+ items — $75
Count every personalized piece in your order, not the number of names. Not sure which tier fits? Just ask and we'll point you to the right one.
Good to know
- The rush fee covers production time only — it moves your order up in our queue. If you need it to arrive by a certain date, please also choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
- A rush does not guarantee a specific completion or delivery date, and carrier delays are outside of our control.
- Rush spots fill up fastest during peak seasons like back-to-school and the holidays, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
- Rush orders follow the same personalization guidelines as everything else — please double-check spelling, monogram format, fonts, and colors before submitting, since there isn't time to remake a rushed piece.
- If you purchase a rush fee without checking with us first and we can't meet your date, we'll refund it in full. Once we've started on a confirmed rush order, the fee is non-refundable.
